What is the MORSA Monitoring Center?

The Monitoring Center (MORSA) is a remote operations and managed services monitoring center. This advanced monitoring center is designed to monitor a wide range of managed services, such as fire panels and various types of sensors. Its main advantage lies in providing constant, 24/7 surveillance to ensure that everything is in order.

MORSA offers a comprehensive solution for managed services surveillance. It significantly improves security, efficiency and incident response capacity, adapting to the specific needs of each client.

MORSA is in charge of monitoring the system:

  • Security system: (fire detection).
  • Environmental monitoring systems (humidity and air quality).

Soon more systems will be implemented to this operations center such as access control, cctv, among others.

How does MORSA work?

1. Continuous Monitoring

– Supervise uninterruptedly (24/7) the status and operation of the monitored systems, including security systems, access control, fire detection, energy management, among others.

– Detect and record any event, alert or anomalous situation that occurs in the systems.

 2. Incident and event management.

– Evaluate and prioritize the events detected according to their criticality and potential impact.

– Execute the procedures and protocols established to respond in a timely and effective manner to each type of event or incident.

– Coordinate the necessary actions with customers, field personnel and other involved parties to mitigate the impact and restore normal operations.

3. Remote technical support.

– Provide remote technical assistance to customers through hotlines and diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.

– Perform troubleshooting and guide customers in resolving minor incidents that can be handled remotely.

4. Dispatch of technical personnel.

– Coordinate the dispatch of technical field personnel when on-site assistance is required at customer sites.

– Assign the appropriate technical resources according to the nature and complexity of the incident.

5. Logging and documentation.

– Maintain detailed records of all events, incidents and actions taken in a centralized log.

– Generate periodic reports for customers, detailing the events that have occurred.

In summary, MORSA (Remote Operations Monitoring and Managed Services) is positioned as a key solution for security and effective monitoring of critical services, offering continuous surveillance tailored to the needs of each client. Its ability to monitor fire panels and various sensors, along with an agile response to incidents, not only strengthens the protection of assets and people, but also optimizes operational efficiency. By choosing MORSA, organizations can rely on a partner committed to safety and peace of mind, ensuring a safer and more secure environment at all times.
